Cookies and Cream
We do all of our baking from scratch. We're big snobs about this for several reasons. One of them is that it allows us flexibity to experiment with flavors. If a flavor you love isn't listed here, let us know, and I bet we can work it into a cake!
Things besides Buttercream we like stick between layers of cake: chocolate ganache, fruit preserves, fresh fruit, homemade caramel, pecan-coconut 'goo', chopped up candy bars...just some ideas!
